Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how oneshotsite (“oneshotsite,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use oneshotsite.com and the websites you create with it (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in, we receive your email address, and—if you use Google sign-in—your name and profile photo as provided by Google. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.
- Content you provide. The images you upload and the details you enter for each site (site name, subdomain, custom domain, redirect URL, social handles, slideshow settings, and image history).
- Usage and technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to operate and secure the Service.
How we use information
We use the information to:
- Create, host, and display the websites you build;
- Authenticate you and maintain your account;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- Communicate with you about your account or the Service.
Your content is public
Sites you create are public by design. The images you upload are served publicly at your site’s address (and any custom domain you attach), and a site’s past images may be publicly viewable through its image-history (“time machine”) feature. Do not upload anything you do not want to be publicly accessible.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that power the Service:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and image storage.
- Vercel — hosting, content delivery, and custom domain management.
- Google — only if you choose Google sign-in, to authenticate you.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
Cookies and sessions
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use them for advertising.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Deleting a site removes its records and images. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at rkfalcon@gmail.com and we will process your request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
International users
The Service is operated in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you understand your information may be processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
